- A non-refundable pet fee of Kes. 2,000/ will be charged per stay. This fee covers additional cleaning and maintenance associated with accommodating pets.
- Reservation Information:
- Guests bringing pets must inform the hotel during the reservation process. This allows us to ensure availability of pet-friendly rooms and prepare for your pet’s arrival.
- Pet Size and Breed Restrictions:
- We accept pets of all sizes and breeds. However, for the safety and comfort of all guests, we reserve the right to restrict certain breeds or sizes. Please contact our front desk for specific details.
- Designated Pet Areas:
- We have designated areas for pets, including pet-friendly rooms and possibly outdoor spaces. Please respect these areas and ensure that your pet is always on a leash in common areas.

- Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. A credit card on file may be charged for necessary cleaning or repairs.
- Health and Vaccination Records:
- For the safety of all guests, we require up-to-date vaccination records for pets upon check-in. Please bring a copy of your pet’s records or email them to [email protected] prior to arrival.
- Pet Emergency Contact:
- Provide an emergency contact number for the duration of your stay, so we can reach you in case of any issues involving your pet.
- Housekeeping and Disturbance:
